Sometimes clients choose to use a combination of both.
Childhood, Adolescent Counselling

Methods may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which is a proven successful way of teaching people to understand how their thinking in turn plays upon their emotions which manifest themselves in behaviors. Based on the age of the client, professional counselors create a forum that is appropriate for the developmental level. This may include art, drama, talking and playing.
Couples Counselling
Couples counselling is not the same as marriage counselling. A couple’s relationship has its own inherent complexities. Many different issues arise when two people are sharing their lives.
