If you get bored of doing crossword puzzles or learning a new language, then start completing a sudoku puzzle everyday. Your brain will not know what hit it.
The principle is simple. Keep your brain active and it will remain active. You should know by now that it doesn’t matter what kind of puzzle or game you do or play, it’s merely the activity. Find something mentally challenging that you like to do and do it every day. You’ll see your mind becomes sharper and sharper.
