			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One thing about everybody is we have emotions.Some people have the tendency to display more of their emtions in public.  For some emotions it is good.Some people display emotions such as happiness and excitement and laughter.Other people show anger and sadness more. All people express emotions but sometimes they go too far. Emotions like anger belong to these category.</p>
<p> As you have read in this article anger can be dangerous and detrimental to family life. In my practice doing <a target="_blank" href="http://www.johnboesky.com/angermanagement.php">anger management counseling</a> I have seen the effects it can have on a family. It could be very uncomfortable if you live with that person. It makes everybody nervous and afraid to say something because they might get scolded. It make a place of safety into something that is negative. That place of safety is called the home. </p>
<p> Strange as it may seem but in a few cases this anger stems from some sort of depression. Whatever the case may be a person might be in a depressed mode. Often times it leads to anger when some problems seem unsolvable or there is no way out. It is best to stop something before it escalates into a bigger problem which is harder to solve. After all it might not lead to anger but maybe to something worse where they hurt themselves. </p>

<p> For example depression is a tough thing.It might be due to some tragic event that happened in someone&#8217;s life.  Things like the loss of a loved one can trigger it.Or it can be caused by a chemical imbalance of your body.One dangerous emotion that was shown in the news one time is when a man&#8217;s depression became and turned into an emotion called anger.His situation is hopeless and that is the reason why his depression became anger. He went on a rampage and hurt some people.That is an extreme case and it happens rarely but it still and does happen.  That is why as a <a target="_blank" href="http://www.johnboesky.com/depressionanxiety.php">depression counseling</a> I try to tackle the problem head on before it can turn into anger.</p>
<p> Well, if there are times that it does turn into anger then that is the time that you have to seek another form of counseling.  And that form is <a target="_blank" href="http://www.johnboesky.com/angermanagement.php">anger management San Diego</a> help.  Because unlike depression which is passive most of the times.  Anger can lash out at others and harm others.  So if a person is experiencing anger one needs to deal with it immediately before it gets any worse.</p>
